Facility Coordinator  Person needed that is willing to help with the maintenance and development of Three Trails Ranch and Cascade Lodge.  Both locations are in pristine mountain settings at 9,000 feet near Durango, CO, and are open year round .  Hundreds of guests stay at these locations each year for the purpose of growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Responsibilities would include the knowledge of basic construction tools, heavy snow removal equipment, small general repairs and water systems.  Problem solving, financial efficiency, and people skills are a must.  Applicant also must demonstrate a close walk with the Lord, and a desire to honor Jesus in their work and in their interactions with others.  Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Applicant must also be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM.

Bookkeeper or Bookkeeper’s Assistant   Person needed that is willing to work in our Durango home office to help process donations and other financial responsibilities that keep over 30 ministry staff on the field sharing the Gospel with the lost.  Applicant needs experience with quickbooks and any other accounting/bookkeeping experience is a plus.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity are needed for this job.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM.

College Campus Missionary – Persons needed to be able to get the message of the love of Jesus Christ onto secular college campuses.  The harvest is plentiful and the workers are few.  Coordinate outreaches, share the gospel, teach the word of God, disciple young Christians to follow Jesus in taking steps of faith.   Help lead mission trips, and plan conferences and summer projects. A heart for the Lord is a must.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time.  Training is available.

Financial Manager-  Person needed to oversee MPM’s financial processes.  This includes bookkeeping, payroll, reimbursements, donation services, and working with accounting services.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity are needed for this role.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM. MUST have prior experience of at least 3+ years.

Human Resources-  Person needed to oversee the hiring, training and administration processes of MPM’s ministry personnel.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity are needed for this role.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM. MUST have prior experience of at least 3+ years.

Marketing Manager/Graphic Design Specialist  Person needed to help develop online and print strategy for communicating ministry initiatives with donors, students, and the public.   A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and marketing experience and training preferred for this position.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM.

Information Technology Specialist- Team members needed that will help MPM accomplish the Great Commission in the 21st century of information.  We need people with skills in web-design, code writing, web hosting, systems integration and architecture.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity are needed for these positions.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM.

Donor Development-   Person needed that can help with non-profit fundraising on a personal, project, and ministry wide scope.  Experience needed working with Christian non-profits in fundraising.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity are needed for this position.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM.

Receptionist  - Person needed that will answer phones, help with general office work, and be a part of a greater ministry team.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity are needed for these positions.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported. Full time or part time positions will be considered.  Training is available.  Applicant should also be able to integrate with other areas of MPM.

Administrative Assistant- Person needed that is able to keep meticulous notes, problem solve, and serve where the needs are greatest.  Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, and social media very helpful.  A heart for the Lord is a must, and attention to detail and integrity needed.  Applicant must be willing to raise his or her own ministry support, or otherwise be self supported.
