Come Serve the Lord by Volunteering at Cascade Lodge May 3-11, 2024 

Each May we set aside a week in the calendar to do maintenance and other significant projects at Cascade Lodge.  If some people come, we can get the basic maintenance done, like staining and cleaning. If we get more volunteers we can get another loft paneled and installed.  We also have more beds to replace, and  other projects that will depend on the number of volunteers and what their interests are.   Masonry rock work, chinking the logs, repairing woodpecker holes, etc.   We need some people that can stain standing on ladders  There is something for all adults.  We could even use camp kitchen manager.  We are not inviting children to this event.

Why are we doing this?

Every year over 500 people use Cascade lodge, and the majority of them are for strategic Christian purposes.  The mission of the Lodge is to support the moral and spiritual values of youth, to promote the values of traditional families, and expose everyone to the person of Jesus Christ.

Volunteers should be adults and we'll have a great time working for about 6 hours a day.  We plan have a devotional time together in the mornings.  We will supply meals and work supplies, however you may have tools that we can use if you bring them.  Direct questions to Russ at 970-769-7620 or email at [email protected]
