About the Project
Come join Master Plan Ministries in the Rocky Mountains for a life-changing start to your summer you will never forget. The Crush Fear summer project is two week outdoor adventure that equips you to better follow Jesus and expand His kingdom. This exciting project is located at Three Trails Ranch in the mountains near Durango, Colorado.
When you come to the Crush Fear summer project, Master Plan staff will help you learn more about God and grow deeper in your relationship with Him through God's word. Students from around the region will come to experience Christian growth in a whole new way! Some of the training activities we plan to do together are:
Leadership Trek - Guide your team of students in a race against other teams through the Weminuche Wilderness using your wits and a compass!
Group Camping - Set up a camp in the wilderness together, and learn the basics of primitive camping.
Overnight Solo Optional Challenge - Sleep overnight in a secluded individual spot in the wilderness with your sleeping bag, Bible, journal, and not much else! You will be within ear-shot of a staff member and other students, but no one in sight.
Public Speaking - Write out your personal testimony and share it at a local church service.
Evangelism - Get training and head out to town in small groups to meet people and share Jesus with summer tourists and locals in town that are willing to talk.
High Ropes Course - Learn the meaning of faith when you hang off a rope and go over the edge, zip down a line, climb a wall, or do the "skywalks"!
Cross Cultural Experience - Learn about another culture as we may plan to visit a local Native American reservation. This training activity TBD for Summer 2026.
Bible Teaching - Get training, and put together a Bible study or public speaking message you will share with your peers.
Ouray Via Ferrata (Optional) Challenge - This is a extremely exciting mountain climbing adventure in the "Switzerland of America"!
And so much more! Have the time of your life while you learn how to prepare others to reach and influence the world for Christ!

Steps for going to Crush Fear:
Deposits
$100 deposit required to hold your spot. Your deposit and any discounts will be applied toward your total project cost.

*This project being held is subject to receiving a minimum of 8 deposits by April 19, 2026. If we don't have enough interest, all deposits will be refunded after that date and the event subject to be cancelled. Also after that date, if there are enough deposits, they and any new deposits made will become non-refundable.

- Apply below now! (when application is received, you'll see a confirmation message)
- Wait to hear from directors about your acceptance to the project.
- When accepted, send in your $100 deposit to hold your spot!
- Earn or raise the rest of your project fees. We will help you in this.
- Show up on May 19 at Three Trails Ranch. Transportation to and from project is not included in fees.
