Directions to Three Trails Ranch

There is no cell service accessible on the last 7-10 miles of roads leading up to the Ranch.  Therefore, you should plan to print off directions or save them to your phone before you leave home. The Ranch Landline phone is 970-259-2354.

Google Maps is known to accurately take you to Three Trails Ranch address at 2038 Sierra Verde Dr, Durango, CO.

If you can get to the Lemon Reservoir Dam, use these directions to travel the last 4 miles of mountain roads to the Ranch.

From Lemon Reservoir Dam-

1. Continue driving north alongside the Reservoir on County Road 243 for 1.7 miles

2. Make a slight right onto Sawmill Road/Sierra Verde Drive. There is a group of about 20 mailboxes on the left where you are to turn slight right.  If you get to the Miller Creek Campground entrance, you went slightly too far.

3. Follow the main road for 2 miles as it has a sharp turn to the right and winds up the mountain towards the Ranch. You will see a large "Three Trails Ranch" sign on the right side marking the Ranch Driveway.
