Mission Statement
Preparing others to reach and influence the world for Christ.
Vision
Our broad vision is to see multiplying, Christ-honoring disciples, saturating every sector of life and society throughout the world, culminating in an eternal legacy of countless multitudes at God’s heavenly throne.
The MPM Board of Directors committed to these 5 year goals in April of 2024:
1. Resolved to trust God as a ministry to develop 3-4 strong campus ministry teams.
2. Resolved to develop a Three Trails Ranch Internship Summer Project.
3. Resolved to follow the Dining Hall Expansion Project timeline.
- Where a "strong team" has at least two full time staff ministers.
- This would not include only one married staff couple with small children.
- Campus ministries teams would be located in cities within 4 hours of Durango.
- This would include updated Staff Policy Manual that supports staff needs.
- This would also include some forward thinking strategies regarding recruiting new staff, perhaps staff from outside of MPM.
2. Resolved to develop a Three Trails Ranch Internship Summer Project.
- Where we develop a strategy to invite 6-12 college students at the Ranch for paid internships for up to 10 weeks each summer.
- Where their income is paid by raising money from other MPM led summer conferences and retreats, and other strategic partner led conference and retreats.
- This Summer Great Commission Internship would require the Dining Hall Expansion to seat 135+ guests.

- We could host our first Ranch internship Summer Project in Summer 2026.
3. Resolved to follow the Dining Hall Expansion Project timeline.
- Attempt to get building permit.
- Research bids from builders to arrive at cost estimate.
- Present a plan to MPM staff and board at the staff conference this July.
- Fundraise
- Break ground as early as April 2025.
