40 Year Celebration - Student Workers Needed
We are looking for student workers to join us for a very special gathering at Three Trails Ranch celebrating 40 years of Master Plan Ministries!
The event is free... but you could get paid to help us make this event special!
We are looking for 8 college students or recent graduates that can commit to helping us celebrate the past 40 years of ministry at Three Trails Ranch on July 17-19 this summer! This will be a historic event as we gather people from the 40 year history of MPM to share testimonies, sing praise, get into God’s Word, and hear about the vision for the future of MPM. It will also be a fundraiser to help expand the Dining Hall.

Positions Needed

Childcare
4 MPM students / young adults that are willing to serve in child care for 4-5 sessions. Must be willing to serve children with safety and fun in mind. This may include reading to children aloud, working on crafts, going on a nature hike, or hosting Bible lessons similar to a VBS. It may include changing diapers and feeding babies / toddlers as well. Applicant needs to love Jesus, children, and pass a background check. There will be about 12 hours of work needed during the weekend for shifts of 2-3 hours at a time. You will miss the main retreat sessions when childcare will be offered. Should be able to lift 20 lbs. |

Kitchen
4 MPM students / young adults that are willing to serve in the kitchen with cooking and cleaning in preparation and cleaning up of 5 meals. Workers will need to follow directions of the Head Cook. Tasks could include opening cans, following recipes, making salads, using ovens, stove tops, commercial dish washer, and other kitchen appliances scrubbing dishes, and carrying out trash. This will include about 15 hours of work during the weekend for shifts of about 2-3 hours at a time. Should be able to lift 40 lbs. |

Important Info
Students need to secure their own transportation to and from the Ranch. Both roles will pay $15.50 per hour. Meals will be provided, though kitchen crew will need to eat after everyone else is served to prioritize our guests. Housing will be provided in the Ranch Bunkhouse with others who are coming to the event. You will need to provide your own sleeping bag or sheets and blankets. It should be a lot of fun for a good cause!
